Terms and Conditions


  • The Photographer maintains ownership of the copyright for all photographs.
  • The Client is granted a personal-use license for downloading, printing, and sharing the images.
  • Any commercial use will require separate written authorization.
  • The Client permits the Photographer to utilize assignment photographs for promotional activities unless otherwise specified in writing. The Client can state their preferences regarding this usage. The Photographer will secure necessary consent for identifiable images in accordance with legal requirements.
  • The Client agrees to reimburse the Photographer for any pre-approved travel and expenses incurred. Travel costs are set at R4.62 per kilometer beyond the initial 3 kilometers from Bela-Bela.
  • Additional photography time will be charged at R150 per hour, subject to availability.

What makes Juline Kruger Photography different?

I believe photography should feel natural, relaxed and genuine. My goal isn’t simply to take beautiful photographs, but to capture the little moments, connections and emotions that make your memories special — photographs you’ll want to look back on for years to come.

What types of photography do you offer?

I offer lifestyle, family, couple, maternity, baby, portrait and other special-occasion photography. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to contact me and we can chat about creating the perfect session for you.

Where do you offer photography sessions?

I primarily offer outdoor lifestyle sessions in and around Bela-Bela, with other locations available by arrangement.

How long does a photoshoot take?

Session lengths vary depending on the package you choose. Your booking confirmation will include the duration of your specific session.

What should we wear for our photoshoot?

I recommend choosing comfortable outfits that coordinate without everyone wearing exactly the same thing. Soft, neutral and earthy tones photograph beautifully, but most importantly, choose something that feels like you. I’m also happy to give you outfit guidance before your session.

Can we bring our children or pets?

Absolutely! I love capturing genuine family moments, and children and well-behaved pets are welcome where appropriate for the location.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, weather is always considered. If conditions are unsuitable, we can arrange an alternative date. Your safety and the quality of your photographs come first.

Do you provide unedited/raw photographs?

No. RAW/unedited files are not supplied. Your final gallery contains the professionally edited images included in your chosen package.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the terms in your photography agreement.
